Social Development Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her guidance and commitment to improving South African Social Security Company (SASSA) products and services throughout an engagement along with the company's senior professionals at a strategic organizing session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the many social grant beneficiaries, who excelled within the 2024 matric final exams.
Of your 724 156 full-time learners who registered with the National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing eighty one% with the registered pupils from the schooling sector.
These learners attained a commendable pass rate of 86%.
